Tele Sales Executive

• Responsible to achieve sales targets and goals.

• Need to achieve KPI and drive to achieve individual team.

• Well knowledge about GT Markets and MT Markets.

 • According to the assigned area to visit existing and new customers.

• Develop new customers/distributors and search for new markets.

• Monitor the performance of sales teams and support the necessary guidance to improve efficiency.

 • Experience in distribution or health care highly preferred.

• Negotiate with customers about market activities and implement them accordingly.

• Good at customers service and well assist of any issues and keep the good customers relationship.

• Can work with the team member and to bring your member to achieve the sale target.

• Weekly, Monthly, and quarterly performance and sales report to the management. Female

 • Any Bachelor Degree, preferred diploma in sales and marketing.

• 2 years and above sale experience and retail management in FMCG field.

• Experience in FMCG distribution or health care highly preferred.

• Strong communication skills to help you to collaborate with your team to achieve the sale goals.

• Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, email, etc……)
