HR Manager

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Develop manpower planning according to business needs and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Conduct job interviews, issue offer letters, and manage orientation and onboarding for new hires.

Employee Relations & Compliance:

• Formulate, update, and enforce HR policies, rules, and workplace guidelines in compliance with Myanmar Labor Laws.

• Oversee employee leave management, attendance tracking, promotions, transfers, and exit processes.

• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflict resolution professionally.

Performance Management & Training:

• Implement and manage the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Performance Appraisal systems.

• Identify training needs and organize development programs to improve overall workforce productivity.
