•Manage and handle all social media platforms and digital marketing tools effectively.
•Create, manage, and optimize Social Media Ads/Boost Ads to reach the target audience and achieve marketing objectives.
•Develop strong communication skills and creative thinking to create engaging digital marketing content.
•Handle customer inquiries received through Messenger, Comments, and Email, and provide timely responses.
•Plan and execute both online and offline promotional campaigns effectively.
•Create engaging content and captions and manage regular social media posts.
•Monitor digital marketing activities and continuously improve strategies to achieve better engagement and marketing results.
