Full Job Description
•Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
•Manage and supervise service staff, staff schedules, assign daily duties, and ensure adequate manpower during operating hours.
•Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and restaurant hygiene.
•Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.
•Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure food is prepared and served according to restaurant standards.
•Conduct regular staff training, and performance evaluations.
•Ensure all restaurant policies, SOPs, safety procedures, and company rules are properly followed.
•Maintain a positive and professional working environment among team members.
•Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports and submit them to management.
•Coordinate with other departments such as F & B Production, HR, Marketing, Finance, and Purchasing.
•Support promotional activities and restaurant events to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
•Identify operational problems and provide practical solutions to improve restaurant performance.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant operations.
•Previous experience in a Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager position is preferred.
•Strong leadership, team management skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to manage staff schedules and daily operations effectively.
•Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
•Strong organizational and time-management skills.
