Sr. Delivery Executive

·       Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily delivery schedules and routes

·       Supervise delivery staff (drivers, helpers, junior executives)

·       Ensure on-time and safe delivery of products to customers

·       Handle and resolve delivery-related issues and customer complaints

·       Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams for smooth dispatch

·       Ensure accurate documentation (delivery notes, invoices, returns)

·       Track and manage returns, damages, and discrepancies

·       Analyze delivery data to improve operational efficiency

·       Minimum 3–5 years of experience in delivery/logistics operations

·       Multitask and have excellent time management skills

·       Proven experience in supervising delivery or field teams

·       Must have high competent in MS Excel and Sales analysis.

·       Strong communication skills, presentation skill, interpersonal skill, problem-solving skill.
